Anyone can do yoga: no matter how young or old you are, whether you’re a couch potato or a professional athlete. Size and fitness level do not matter. There are modifications and tools for all poses allowing you to explore the mind and body frontier. Yoga is an ancient bodywork system designed to bring all the parts of us into balance, harmony, and acceptance of our limitations.
Jean’s classes have been well loved for decades. She cares deeply about her students, making sure that everyone holds each pose properly and safely, giving alternative options to those that need them. If you are new to yoga, Jean is the perfect teacher for you. Are you are a more advanced student? Jean will work for you at your level.
